Standing splits today for @dharmayogacenter #dharmayogachallenge My gymnastics days surely helped with this one. Yeah, this sure didn’t happen  overnight, but instead involved many years of doing the splits. If you’re working on your hamstring flexibility get warmed up and stretch them everyday.
